I have tried to contact ID Mobile once again as to chase an update on the fraud activity on my account. I still havent received an update since my original contact with them on 12 dec 2021
This fraud account has now gone to A DEBT COLLECTION agency and ID Mobile have impacted my credit score terribly……… I have already provided an Action Fraud Crime ref yet till no replyÂ
