Fraud Account in my name

I am not an ID mobile customer but have just received a Direct Debit letter regarding an account that has been set up in my name. (Not my bank details though)

I have recently had lots of mobile phone contracts set up using my details with various providers when I checked on Credit Score hard searches. I've reported it to Credit Score as fraud but Carphone Warehouse/ID Mobile have said it's correct

How do I go about reporting this and get the account closed?
