I received a letter from ID Mobile today saying I owe them over £200
I had never heard of ID Mobile until then, and don’t have an account.
The phone number on the letter is automated, there isn’t another phone number on the website, and I can’t email ID Mobile. The chat said the wait time was over 90 minutes.
How do I report this fraud to ID Mobile? It needs to be taken seriously as it will likely affect my credit rating etc.
