Fraudulent account and order

Someone has used Currys/Carphone Warehouse to take out a contract in my name, I appreciate that this is due to the incompetence of Currys, but I need this cancelled ASAP. I have a Crime Reference number.

Okay @Grebo, if you want to get this matter dealt with quickly, then I recommend using facebook (using Messenger) or Twitter (by Direct Message), to contact the iD social media team for assistance.

FYI, any out-of-hours messages left on social media are picked-up when the social media team next start work.
