Just received a final demand letter from ID Mobile, i have never had an account with ID Mobile so someone has got hold of my details and created this letter, please can someone from ID Mobile confirm that this is a fraudulent letter please so i can report it to the Action Fraud website as they have asked to do this.

Perhaps someone created an iD Mobile account using your details
Sounds like this account may now be in arrears, and iD Mobile’s systems have auto-generated a letter requesting payment.
