fraudulent ID mobile account in my name & address

Today I came home to contracts for a phone and an ID mobile contract in my name & address. I did not set this up. Help ASAP would be much appreciated as I’m finding it extremely hard to talk to anyone

Okay @Mcostas, to get this matter dealt with quickly, I recommend using facebook (through Messenger) or Twitter (by Direct Message), to contact the iD social media team for assistance.

FYI, any out-of-hours messages on social media are picked-up when the social media team next start work.

Thanks for the reply. I have messages through twitter before working out how to post on this community. Hopefully I get somewhere tomorrow.

I now feel much better knowing that ID mobile are now aware of my issues and dealing with it.
