fraudulent letter received

Hi, I’ve just received a letter from you thanking me for setting up a new direct debit and that you will collect £35.99 each month. I am not a customer and I have not set up a direct debit with you. I am very concerned that my identity is being used fraudulently. Can you advise me how to log this as fraud and cancel this.

As no one has replied to this message is there a contact telephone number I can call to speak to someone about this? This is a serious matter and I need to resolve this quickly!

There is no telephone support. I’d recommend contacting the FacebookTwitter or Live Chat teams for help with this, as they’ll be able to assist much more quickly. You can of course wait for a member of the team to reply here but it will take a few days.
