gift card voucher not received

Hi I took out a SIM only deal on the 23rd of July and was told that I would get a £45 gift voucher after 90 days.  I have now paid for 4 months of the contract and have still not received the voucher.  Could you advise me on how I can get this please.

Did you buy your iD Mobile SIM only deal through an affiliate website, e.g. Money Saving Expert (MSE) @Nads26?
