My son's data balance and carry over seems to be corrupt. Says he has 4gb for this month but available left = 0gb.
How do I contact ID Mobile about this? It is not made easy to understand how to make contact.
There is no explanation of where the 'Live Chat' button is. On the live chat page a link is given which explains to go to the 'Contact us' page but there is no link provided and no description of how to navigate to the Contact Us page.
Really quite bad...
