I have a confirmation letter re d/d asking if all details are correct. please notify if not. 

The phone number on the details is the number id issued on the sim, not my transferred number.

Is this important, and if so, how do i change it as i cannot find where to do it?

The bank account details for the direct debit mandate might be more important - I assume these are correct?

Your iD account will have the correct mobile number once your port has completed, and your bank probably already has the correct mobile number on record.

 

Thanks for the reply.  I’ve been using with my ported number for a week or more, so was surprised when d/d confirmation showed the new sim number, not my original. It seems very confusing to those of us not in the know. 👊

The first one or two letters you receive may show the original iD Mobile number.

However if any more letters or your bills show the incorrect number, please let us know.
