having problems registering my pac cod

I’m having the same problems as others registering my pac code and get the error message “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”

 

I’ve tried lower and upper case, but not working. Please can you help me

I’d suggest using the online chat https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat to submit your PAC @alifrizz.

Type “talk to a person” to avoid the chat bot - the agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

I’m sorry to hear that, what error are you getting on the port form?

 

Does your transaction number begin with a “4”? If not, this can be found in your “Welcome to iD” email.

i am good now only problems now is the signal pretty weak in my house.

Sorry to hear you have weak signal, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you have this issue?

 

It’s worth noting that all iD Mobile plans have a returns period in which you’re able to return should you be unhappy with the signal.

At my home location, I rely on this service because the signal indoors is too weak to be reliable enough to call and text.

Can’t ‘work’ provide you with a SIM card for a mobile network that will work indoors at your home location, @cboysnr?

when entering all my details to transfer my old number to my new id Mobile sim I am getting the following message. 
“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”

Have you tried on a different browser?

Also it may be worth entering the surname in all capital letters and ensuring the transaction number start with a 4.

I also had similar problems. I eventually solved it by entering all the details on my tablet. Worked first time!
