help! 2 sets of emails, phone numbers

I got 2 loads of emails with different order numbers ! 2 different phone numbers have come . Received one sim! what is going on ?

Oh dear @Andrea Harket - sounds like iD have goofed here.

If these are about a new iD contract, the SIM card’s already activated.

If you pop the SIM you’ve received into a phone, you should be able to get the number, if you call or text a friend.

Hopefully, you can then work out what’s going on - anyway, good luck.
