letter that I have received from iD Mobile. The letter is a FINAL DEMAND for the sum of £19 The letter has an account number on it.  I have. tried to call the automated service regarding this letter but she says it asks for her iD Mobile telephone number..... which I don’t have . I  have never had an account with iD Mobile! This is obviously a fraudulent account. This is worrying me and  is the very first correspondence i have received. I have tried all ways to talk to someone about this as the letter states i have only 7 days to pay this amount or debt collectors will be instructed! I need to get this sorted today

If you haven’t done so, I’d recommend reporting this fraud to Action Fraud UK, online at: https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/.

Once you’ve got a case number, contact iD Mobile. 

In my experience the iD social media team are very helpful. Contact this team on facebook (using Messenger), or send them a DM (direct message) on Twitter.

Any out-of-hours messages left on facebook or Twitter are picked-up when the iD social media team next start work.
