my new sim is not working and i cant log onto my account

I’m sorry to hear this, please could you provide more details on your SIM not working?

 

Do you have no service whatsoever when using the SIM in a device?

 

What device are you using it in? Have you tried it in another device to test?

 

In terms of not being able to log into the account, have you registered an account previously?
