Help cancelling contract of my late husband

My Husband passed away over 4 years ago.

In the midst of everything else I had to deal with at the time I forgot about his mobile phone rolling 30 day contract and subsequently moved home.

I have in the last few weeks received letters (only because the postman that delivered to my old address knows my new address), that state I must pay a final demand notice of £10.

I remember his monthly contract was £5 so not sure why they want £10. In either case, the contract has not been used for over 4 years.

I want to get it cancelled but no one will speak to me because I do not know the answers to his security questions.

 

Can anyone please assist me with this?
