help! I didn't ask or authorise this...how so i stop it?

Like it says in the title, I have received texts giving me a PAC code and texts saying my new provider has been in touch. I've not done any of these things but trying to get in contact with ID mobile has been unsuccessful. I don't want my number being ported! Or cancelled
