I have an account, receive emails, so I know I'm registered. When I try to reset password it gives me an error message saying details not recognised. I've slso tried to set up an account and it says email address already in use so I know I have one. Can you help please as I need to make adjustments and view bills. Thanks

iD Mobile have a weird username system where the username cannot be changed and the email address registered against an account isn’t necessarily the same as the username.
Have you tried this:

No unfortunately at the moment I have no access at all to the account. Yes I will have to do that , as it looks like there us no other way to contact ID. Thanks
