Hi guys
I have joined ID last week and activated my SIm and requested PAC after this was done on 29th of August issues started no mobile data cant make or receive calls after a few days on online chats as i cant even ring them ! They ve opened a ticket for technical support which was told that was resolved but nothing. Went down on Saturday to Currys and got replacement SIM activated it and still NADA ! im starting to get fed up being on online chats every single day and nothing gets done . From Id community saw that my calls could be blocked somehow and phoned some wierd number and now i can call but cant receive calls and no mobile data whatsoever.
Im starting to think there is no one in ID that knows what they are doing and why im having this problem and how to fix it .Please help!
