Help transfer my old number

Hi. I have purchased ID sim card and trying to transfer old number but it's not happening. Is says about an error with wrong details which is not true. I have been already charged monthly payment but still running previous supplier.

Can't get on live chat either  to get help

Have you tried the online Live Chat to submit your PAC, to an advisor, @Anna Luszczak

Speak to a customer advisor at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the advisors work until 8pm on weekdays. 

If Live Chat doesn’t work, perhaps try sending a private message to iD Mobile using Facebook Messenger, or X (formerly Twitter) DM.
