Hi, I was detained into a hospital on 10123 and have had no access at all to my contracted account (this follows two years of difficulty with a contract originally taken out 20.10.20). I cannot log in or access my email. How can I access my account please as I, once again, am paying for services unused? My handset was stolen on 120922 in Switzerland so I was supposed to be getting a replacement but cannot access my account to follow this up. Can you assist please? Thanks

It sounds like the SIM was blocked and a new SIM is needed.
