My sim is activating on the 3rd or April but i want to do it quicker and keep my old number.

All SIM cards are already active upon dispatch.

Is it the number change that you wish to process sooner?

Yes i would like to keep the same number i have currently and move it to iD mobile. However, When i put the SIM card in my phone i get no connection.

Hi @Sandis Jekabsons,

Please can you test the SIM in a different handset?

It sounds like you may have a faulty SIM card.

We can either get one sent out or you can collect one from your local Curry’s store.
