How can I transfer my account to a different email address?

I have a new account with iD mobile for which I used my “public” email address until I had tried it.

If all goes well this will become my new phone service supplier and I will want to transfer it to a “private” email address which is not used for business messages. 

Is this possible and how may I do this please?  If not can I just start a new account with another email address and then switch?  If I switch will I be able to switch telephone numbers so I can keep my original number?

Welcome to the Community!

If you have created and registered an account with your email address we can’t change the email address as that is your username.

We can look at changing the email address for correspondence but the registered email address for your account can’t be changed.
