How do i cancel and order

Hi there. I made an order today for a phone and sim contract and need to cancel the order.

 

I am clearly within my 14 day window. 

 

I’ve tried to contact your team via the live chat - I but I am directed to speak to an agent and given a link to ‘Nuance Enterprise Tools’, where I am asked to log in to continue but I have no login details to use.

 

Please may you contact me, cancel my order?

You will need to use the Live Chat service to cancel in the cooling off period.

Type “speak to an agent” after you get connected on the chat service, a real person should then be able to assist.
