How do I change my ID Mobile community contact email ?

Hi,

I have recently changed ID Mobile contact email address, I am aware that the username stays the same as my previous email address and that's fine.

I would like to change my community profile (the one I'm using to post this) contact email address as its has stayed the same as my previous email address. There is no way to do this on the website. If this is not possible, how do I delete my community account? So I can start again.

Hey @Gervs,

I don’t beleive it’s possible in the settings but we can manually update this.

We’ll shortly send you a Private Message to your Community account, so we can discuss your issue further.

To access your messages, click your profile picture in the top right hand corner and then click ‘Private Messages’.

This is  the problem with id mobile, you get one little thing that's not right, you are absolutely stuffed, especially as there's never a tick box for your problem, who will chat to you, where when God only knows

You get what you pay for! If you want telephone support then pay the extra and go with EE, Three, Vodafone or O2.
