That said, you can also use the link above to do this.

What happens after that? I put a claim for the free tablet and has now been over 3 weeks and not had any response from ID?

Claims are submitted to the company directly, in this case OPPO.
All the information will be on there as well as how to track your claim.
iD Mobile doesn’t provide the tablet.
