Hi I have been waiting for my pixel buds to arrive however seeing here it looks like it's something I have to claim which is a shame as this isn't made clear at all.. I purchased my device early April. can I still claim them?

You mentioned Galaxy Buds, which confused me as they are a Samsung brand. Unfortunately, you appear to be to too late to claim your free Pixel Buds.
