I’ve recently ordered a phone which I’m waiting to come back in stock, but my current plan runs out soon and would like to know if I could get my sim separate so I can still use my current phone until my new one gets here.

Have you just joined iD Mobile by ordering a new phone
Is so, unfortunately iD will not send the SIM separately - it can only be dispatched with the handset you ordered, whenever it’s back in-stock.
If you’re an existing customer who has just upgraded, just carry on using your iD SIM card until your upgrade handset arrives
