I received my new SIM card however cannot find my phone number so I cannot activate my sim I have checked my emails and there is no phone number on there and it did not come on the packaging for my new sim. I have also not received a welcome email.

All new SIMs are activated on dispatch.
Only replacement SIMs need activating.
If it’s a replacement SIM then the long serial number under the barcode is the one used to activate the replacement SIM.
If it’s a new SIM/contract, just pop the SIM into a phone and call/text a friend/family to get the number.
Check also spam/junk folders fro the Welcome email.
