I have just changed my Dad to id, he used to receive sms when he had a voicemail with his old provider. unfortunately now he is not receiving them. The phone is a Galaxy s21 PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hello
I use iD voicemail (with a PIN to access it), and I definitely get an SMS alert when there’s a new voicemail message.
I think you need to enable the SMS alerts for his voicemail, which is done by selecting the following options, after you call the voicemail service (123):
Option 4 > Option 0 > Option 3 > Option 1

Hope the alerts work with your Dad’s iD plan and his Galaxy S21 - fyi, the iD voicemail service is provided by Three (iD Mobile’s network partner).
