I am uncertain as to when I took out my pay monthly ID contract which for £38 per month, however it came with unlimited minutes, unlimited data, and a Google pixel 7 pro. I am unsure if I have payed off this handset and if I own the phone. Can you advise how I would find out this information?

Try sending the text “INFO ddMMyy” to 85075,
The ddMMyy is the DoB that iD Mobile have on record, and the reply should tell you if there are any early terminations charges on your contract - if no charges, then your contract’s minimum term has finished, so you’re the handset owner.
