Do you mean a replacement SIM card @Steve Stevenson.

If you do, use the online live chat or go to your nearest Currys and pick-up a replacement in-store.

Otherwise, buy a new SIM online at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/sim-only-deals.

As @andewhite mentioned, for new contracts, you can buy this via the website.

For replacement SIMs you can get one via Currys or we can send one out to you.

I’m not sure if a replacement sim has been ordered or not tbh? I’ve found the whole process of dealing with your system rather complex, not knowing whether it is sorted or not. I was getting admin errors very often from ur system and could not access live chat via ur website.
