I raised a complaint only to receive an email from them to say I had to phone. Apart from the fact that they clearly don’t want a record of my complaint, I was on hold for 15 minutes and counting with no reply. Why is there no email contact? How do I speak to someone? The live chat doesn’t seem to exist and this forum is the only resource I can find. I’ve no idea who I’m even messaging; are you the company or just fellow users? What crap service
