Hi 

looking to unlock my old iPhone for a family member so she can enjoy the new Id sim 

how could I do this please

If your family member wants to enjoy their new iD Mobile SIM then all they need to do is insert it into the phone. If the phone won’t accept an iD Mobile SIM then you will need to contact the network who supplied the phone and request they unlock it. If iD Mobile supplied the handset then it will work with any iD Mobile SIM regardless of its lock status.

It may already be unlocked to any UK network but if the device is locked to iD Mobile, then we can help get this unlocked for you.
