Ordered on 4th April 2023, a monthly sim only package. Still haven't received it or even an email to say when it is coming. But ID obviously have already billed and set up direct debit for it. How long do I have to wait? And pay for services I can not even use?

SIM only contracts can take 5 working days to be delivered.
Due to the bank holidays you can expect this to be delivered by 13th April at the latest.
If you don’t have it by then, please let us know and we will assist you further.
