how to get a pac number for old number

I’m trying to change a number with three to an old one so that I can access old accounts. My old number was with iD and I’m trying to get the old pac number so that I can change it but I am unsure how to 

 

any help would be greatly appreciated before my old number is used by someone else.

I don’t have access to that old number anymore

If the number is disconnected then you can't have a PAC or get it back.

Hi @Natwest0312, as @WelshPaul says - if the line has already been disconnected, then the number has been lost and we won’t be able to retrieve it at this point.
