how to pay a bill

I get error messages when using the telephone automated system and the in app system and the web portal system whilst attempting to use several different cards from several different banks to pay an outstanding bill. Web chat people can’t take a payment either so does that mean I don’t have to pay my bill anymore?? 
 

cos 5 days of trying this is getting out of hand. 
 

I mean does ID mobile not want my money???

Have you double checked the iD Mobile app/website to make sure your account matches exactly with the bank account you’re using word for word in the name and address sections?
