I only seemed to have the option to enter my voicemail name when I initially set it up, after entering a pin. I know I had the 1, 2, 3 options:1 to confirm, 2 being to listened to what had been recorded, and 3 being to re-record your name, but I got a call in the middle of it and messed it up. Now I can’t find those 3 options again to re-record my name and start over. Does anyone have any guidance.
