Hi,
I received my new sim last week and Friday my old number was transferred across from my old network.
When I try to register my account using my ported number it says “iD mobile number was not recognised. Please enter your active iD mobile phone number”
I cannot use that number as I have ported my old number over so cannot get the verification code.
I was also a previous customer but left, I already have an account associated with a different number from before but I do not use...can I merge or remove that number and use my current number using this original account?
