I am switching from three to ID mobile. I have entered my PAC code but it is coming up with an error message. I'm not sure what to do.
I have the same problem. Switched two days ago and SIM card activated but can’t receive call. Have your problem sorted?

Not solved and no one can help !
I made a complaint via the app. Someone replied instantly and I was able to speak to someone and resolve the problem. Hope this helps

We are sorry to hear that you all had issues with your PAC code.
Please can you confirm that you were using the transaction number starting with a ‘4’.
If so it may be that your port had already been requested which is why the error is occuring.
