I bought few days ago a new sim card. Tried to use my pac on https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn and i keep on getting this message

“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”

I called the customer service they said they have problems and asked to retry after 24h.

Still not working.

Can someone help me? Really frustating.

Hey @karma, it’s likely that you’re using the wrong transaction number. It should be on your invoice and start with a 4.

If you’re still having trouble, I’d recommend dropping the Live Chat team a message so they can process your port manually.
