I am not receiving calls or messages from non ID network numbers.
If I am am called or txt’ed from another ID mobile number the calls/message comes through.
If I am txt,ed from an non ID number the message does not come trough. If I am called from a non ID number the caller is told the number is not available.
I can send txt’s and call both ID & non ID numbers without problem.
If I put my SIM in another phone that works fine with another SIM, my SIM behaves as above. While the other SIM works perfectly in my phone. Which suggests it is the SIM or account rather than the phone.
I do not no the number off messages or calls I have missed because this is just unknown, but I think this has been happerning since I transferred from BT in October.
The phone is an Samsung Galaxy A40 running Android V11.
From what I can see the SIM has been activated, since when I try and activated it says it is already activated.
