Sorry to hear this! I’d recommend making sure that you’ve registered an account before!

 

It’s common for people to attempt a password reset even before having registered an account.

Okay @Don Scott, I’d recommend sending a private message asking for assistance, to the iD social media team on facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message).
