I can't recover my ID username

I can't recover my ID username, I input my number, last name and year of birth, but it tells me the information is wrong and to try again.

Can someone help me out please?

Have you registered before to the iD Mobile app? If not you’ll need to register an iD Mobile app/website account for your plan.

 

If you have registered previously please let us know here.
