Hi, after I did buy a new phone and took out my sim card from the i phone into the Samsung in few days my data is 100% full and I’ll be charge big money for any use of the internet as it’s over my plan, also when I try to register with the id app comes one message in error about my new phone number, however, this is the only valid number I have and good to receive a verification code as I don’t remember my old number and don’t use it and the old phone for a long time, so how I can contact id customer service to put more data into my new phone? I need the 4 digits pin number in order to call them and change my data allowance.
