I’ve recently joined iD Mobile from Vodafone. I got sent a PAC number by Vodafone and now can’t be sent a new one for another 30 days. When trying to to transfer my number it says ‘We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.’ I tried what everyone said and type my surname in capital letters but that didn’t work either.
I can’t work out if my number has transferred across or not. I tried to create an iD Mobile account and when it asked me to type in my phone number, I tried my original phone number and it said it couldn’t be found, so I then tried the phone number that they sent me and they said they had sent me a security code to create my account. However I never received that code which makes me think my phone isn’t using that phone number either. Seems like I’m stuck in between 2 phone numbers??
