i cannot access my voicemail

I am over in France and am getting notifications from voicemail. When I call using either 123 or +44 7782 333 123 I just get a message saying ‘please call from your own phone’, which of course is the phone I am actually calling from. I’ve also asked a friend to call +44 7782 333 123 from within the U.K. to do this for me but they get a message saying set up PIN…any ideas how I get get access? Thanks!

Unfortunately @Jds, you can’t access iD voicemail while roaming unless you’ve got a PIN setup for your iD voicemail account.

HIndsight is a wonderful thing - better to setup the voicemail PIN prior to roaming.

I’m sorry to hear that, what happens when you call “123” from your iD Mobile SIM card?

 

Do you get any errors?

 

On the iD Mobile app/website, is Voicemail turned on?
