i cant get to my account and i cant receive calls

Phone straight to voicemail. No one can contact me. I also can't access my account. I'd and password not recognised and can't reset. App not loading

I still can’t log in to my ID account on my laptop.  Anyone else still having this problem? This has been going on since yesterday.

We had experienced some issues yesterday with our network, but this is mostly fixed now. Additionally, as a knock on effect we have experienced a higher volume of contact than usual. The iD app has become unavailable again for some customers. I agree I've tried all day to log into my account. It's not working. I'm in Ayrshire scotland and have read that's all in the UK. Try not to panic.

There is a subscriber incident today, and in addition other iD services are misbehaving @Apinder.
