Hi there. I have some problems with my sim card. I have trouble receiving text messages and sometimes calls so how i can fix it without changing my phone number?

I’m sorry to hear this, could you give us a little more information with the issues on calls?

 

I’d recommend the following;

 

For iPhone;

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

For Android;

Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

 

Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.
