I am using 1 sim, outgoing text and calls and from 1 number and in coming can be either I used PAC and I thought it would be set up before receiving the sim?
When was your requested date for your port due?
If your date of completion has since passed try turning off your phone take the sim cards out, wait for about 2 minutes and put your ID Mobile sim back in the phone and power on.
Failing this you may be one of the unlucky customers that's had porting issues since joining IDMobile.
Another option if all else has failed use the ID Mobile Live Chat and type in the message box "Speak to a person".

If your number transfer has already been completed, it sounds like the number may need to be updated in your phone settings from the temporary iD number, to the number that’s transferred over.
