I have a data only sim that i simply use for the satnav in my car but it has suddenly stopped working

This data sim has worked perfectly in my car for about three years. However, I recently drove to Germany and didn’t want to be charged a fortune for international roaming so pulled it slightly out. On return I pushed it back in but now it’s not working. Any thoughts?

Perhaps you could take the SIM out of the car, and try it in a mobile phone?

Anyway @Lazza, unfortunately iD Mobile will only support use of their SIM cards in a mobile phone.

You might need a replacement iD SIM card, which you can collect for free from any Currys store.

Have you tried the iD Mobile SIM card in a supported device to see if it works there?

 

If not you may be need to look into a replacement SIM card which as @andewhite suggests can be picked up from any Currys store or we can get in touch and have one sent out.
